摘要
放射免疫方法测定67例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者和20例正常人血清T_3、T_4和TSH含量。结果显示:CCHF组血清T_3、T_4含量显著低于正常人(P<0.001～0.05);心衰程度越重,血清T_3、T_4水平越低。治疗后的CCHF患者血清T_3、T_4水平可有不同程度的回升,但心功能Ⅳ级组T_3、T_4含量仍显著低于正常人(P<0.05)。提示:CCHF患者低T_3、T_4水平部分是可逆的,T_3、T_4水平过于减低的明显心衰患者可能预后不良。
The serum T_3, T_4 and TSH concentrations of 67 patiens with chronic congestive heart failure (CCHF) and 20 normal cases were detemined with radioimmunoassay. The results showed: the serum T_3 and T_4 concentrations of the patients were much lower than those of the normal cases (P<0.001-0.05); the more severe the heart failure was, the lower the serum thyroxin level of patients; after proper treatment the serum T_3 and T_4 level in some of the pa- tients was restored to some degree, but it remained nuch lower than those of the normal subjects in patients with the fourth grade of heart function (P<0.05). It suggests that the low serum T_3 and T_4 level is partly restorable and in patients with severe heart failure the low concentrations of both T_3 and T_4 often presages a poor prognosis.
