代谢综合征诊断标准的简化与临床意义 被引量：11

摘要 代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome,MS）是以中心性肥胖、糖尿病或糖调节受损、高血压、血脂异常以及胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance,IR）为共同病理生理基础,以多种代谢性疾病合并出现为临床特点的一组临床症候群。1997年Zemmet认为上述病症的共同病理基础是IR导致的糖及脂肪代谢紊乱,故建议统称为＂代谢综合征＂。
