摘要
全蝎530号粗提物,在10μg/ml和1μg/ml剂量下,用药后48小时和72小时,可使体外培养的Hela细胞全部死亡脱壁。对LA-795肺腺癌带瘤小鼠,每天皮下注射0.2mg/只,连用10天,在停药第1天和停药第10天时,肿瘤生长的抑制率为38.3％(P<0.05)和52.4％(P<0.01);同样用药后作生存率观察,生存时间延长29.2％(P<0.01)。
When No.530 rough extract material of Buthus martensii(B- M530) was used in the dosage of 10μg/ml and 1μg/ml, all the cultivated in vitro cells died and fell off 48 and 72 hours after the use of the drug. The inhibitory rate of neoplasia growth on mice with tumor of lung adenocarc- inoma LA-795 was 38.3% (P<0.05) and 52.4% (P<0.01)on the first and tenth day after subcutaneous administration of BM530 in the dose of 0.2mg /mouse/day for ten days. The existence rate of the experimental mice was 29.2% (P<0.01)longer than that in the contrast group.
