低温等离子技术在慢性肥厚性鼻炎治疗中的应用

The effects of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis under the low temperature plasma treatment

摘要 目的探讨应用低温等离子治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的效果。方法对96例肥厚性鼻炎(CRS)患者用低温等离子手术系统行下鼻甲减容手术,采用视觉类比法(VAS)对96例CRS患者主观鼻塞症状进行评分,判定疗效。结果随访1年96例患者治愈96例(100%),手术后患者鼻通气显著改善。结论低温等离子技术在CRS治疗中具有疗效确切、术中损伤小、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the effects of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis under the low temperature plasma treatment.Methods 96 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis(CRS) were treated by inferior turbinate reduction surgery with low-temperature plasma surgery system.Each of 96 patients used a 10-cm visual analogue scale to grade the subjective nasal obstruction and evaluate therapeutic effect.Results 96 patients were followed up for 1 year.96 cases were cured(100%).All patients's symptoms significantly improved after surgery.Conclusions The low-temperature plasma treatment for CRS is effective,less injury,rapid postoperative recovery,and is worthy of application in clinical practice.
