摘要
目的 健康是人类最宝贵的财富,健康体检,尤其是检验医学所涉及的实验室检测项目受到广泛关注.该文拟从多角度探讨检验医学在健康体检工作中的定位、功能及发展.方法 建立完善的体检标本采集前后质量控制体系,确保标本质量是决定检测项目结果准确与否的关键因素和重要环节;严格的体检管理规范也是保证体检工作顺利完成的决定因素,具体措施包括充分和周到的体检前准备、严格的查对制度、检验信息系统的开发和应用,以及体检资料的保管及隐私保护等.结果 依靠科学的管理体制和完善的规章制度,实施一体化服务,建立并加强规范化、标准化建设,制定岗位职责、质量管理和质量监控标准等多项制度和规范,设计科学合理的工作流程,可形成一整套有利于可持续发展的管理体系,提高检验医学在健康体检中的技术与服务内涵,加速学科发展.结论 检验医学应遵循＂以人为本,服务至上＂的宗旨,加强自身的规范化、制度化、人性化建设,正确诠释＂健康＂的意义,为广大人民群众把守好健康的第一道防线.
Objective It is well known that health is the most valuable wealth. Therefore,the physical examination especially the laboratory tests are widely concerned. Here aim to explore the implications,functions,and developments of laboratory medicine in the health physical examination. Methods It was the key factors to establish the perfect quality control system in collecting specimens to ensure the accuracy of the test. Moreover strict management also plays an important role in physical examination. Results Based on scientific management system,improved rules and regulations,integrated services, effective quality management and monitoring system,reasonable working process,and etc,could develop a sustainable development system,improve the services of physical examination and enhance the subject of development. Conclusion The laboratory medicine should follow the concept of ＂people-oriented ,service first＂, strengthen its standardization,institution- al and humanity development,as well as interpret the correct implication of health,and construct the first defense line of good health for the people.
