摘要
通过振动测量和分析,掌握了某电厂330MW机组主蒸汽管道的振动特性,据此并结合管道的实际情况,制定了加装减振装置、加强管系约束、增大管系刚度的振动治理方案。结果表明:经振动治理后,该主蒸汽管道振动显著降低,治理效果显著。
Through vibration measurement and analysis,the vibration behavior of main steam pipeline of a 330 MW unit of a power station was grasped.On this basis,combination with the practical situation of the pipeline, several limit devices were installed to strenghthen the control system constraints and to increase the stiffness of the vibration control options.After carrying out above mentioned remedial measures,vibration of the pipeline were obviously lowered,and it had remarkable effectiveness.
