摘要
介绍了湖南省调在EMS电网应用软件运行平台（OpenView）上开发的短期负荷预测软件。提出了气象因子的概念并应用于负荷预测，考虑气象参数对电网负荷的影响，具有较好的预测精度。本软件还能自动辨识实际负荷并动态更新历史数据库。人机界面友好，用户操作方便实用。
This paper presents the new STLF sofrware developed by Hunan power pool,which runs in EMS application software platform(Open View).Weather factor is introduced and considered for load forecast, hence, STLF could perform better forecasting accuracy. And it also could detect actual load and dynamically update database with detected loads.
