摘要
论述了湖北省超高压局调度所的实时信息接收方案、通讯协议及数据处理流程，提出了一种实时性要求不高的部门接收实时数据的新思路；并介绍了实时信息基于Web的处理方法，对于将传统的管理信息系统和基于Intranet的Web互连，有着一定的参考价值。
In the practice ofreceival and process of real time electrical data of Hubei EHV Transmission and Substation Bureau, the article described the receiving solution.communicahon protocol, and data process procedure.A new solution is provided to receive electrical real time data for some departments which real bine is not to essential to. At the same time, a method of proceeding real time electrical data on Web is also introduced,which is helpful to close connection of traditional Management information System and Web in Intranet.
