摘要
采用定量与定性相结合的方法,构建了大杭州都市区城乡土地开发适宜度评价三级指标体系与土地开发适宜度评价指数,综合运用遥感技术与GIS空间分析方法对区域土地开发适宜度进行了评价.基于评价结果,将区域土地开发适宜度分为五级:很适宜区、适宜区、基本适宜区、不适宜区和极不适宜区,它们分别占杭州都市区面积的25%、40%、12%、10%与13%.基于区域城市化发展趋势与生态保护需求,构筑了大杭州都市区城乡梯度带生态空间组织模式;在此基础上进行了生态功能区划,将研究区域划分为6个一级功能区、30个二级功能亚区,并明确了城乡过渡带各生态功能分区的土地开发控制重点与用地政策.
Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to establish three-level indices system for suitability assessment for regional land development.An integrated approach of remote sensing and GIS spatial analysis was employed to perform suitability assessment for land development in the Hangzhou metropolitan area.Result showed that the whole region was classified as subzone with high suitability,subzone with suitability,subzone with basic suitability,subzone with poor suitability,and subzone with high unsuitability;which accounted for 25%,40%,12%,10%,and 13% of the Hangzhou metropolitan area,respectively.A two-ring spatial pattern for regional ecological zone was constructed.Furthermore,based on suitability assessment for land development,ecological function regionalization of urban fringe was divided into 6 level-1 ecological function zones,which were subdivided into 30 level-2 ecological function units.Finally,land use policy and ecologically controlling approaches,which aimed at achieving the goal of sustainable development of the Hangzhou metropolitan area,were discussed.
