摘要
通过深圳市玉龙坑垃圾填埋场的现场抽气试验,本文进行了填埋气体安全控制与回收利用工程基本参数的研究。研究结果表明,抽气流量小于3 m3/min 时能控制所抽填埋气体中氧含量小于2 % ,抽气流量Q 与抽气井口压力P 的关系为Q= 1 .15Ln P- 3 .283 。填埋场垃圾中有机质含量较多,目前正处于产气高峰期,填埋气体成分分别为CH4 :62 .2 % ,O2 :1 .0 % ,CO2 :34 .7 % ,其余:2 .1 % 。其中CH4 含量较高,填埋气体具有很高的利用价值。抽气和产气达到平衡时,抽气井的作用半径为28 m ,相应的稳定抽气流量为2 .35 m3/min 。
Through LFG extraction field trial in Shenzhen city, the study on engineering parameter, for LFG safe control and utilization has been done in this paper. The results showed that oxygen content is below 2 percent when LFG extraction flux is less than 3m 3/min. The relationship between the extraction flux (Q) and pressure (P) on the extraction well is Q=1.15 Ln P-3.283.There is high organic content in landfill site. The gas production was in peak period at present with the major components of CH 4, O 2, CO 2, and other gases,the concentration of these gases are 62.2%,1.0%,34.7%,2.1%, respectively. For the high CH 4 content,LFG is worth using. When the LFG extraction is equal to the output, the affected radius of extraction well is 28m, the relevant stable LFG extraction flux is 2.35m 3/min.
