摘要
目的探讨上消化道出血的原因和相关因素。方法对该院2005年1月-2009年12月收治上消化道出血且资料完整的254例患者进行回顾性分析。结果主要病因依次为消化性溃疡、急性胃黏膜病变、消化道肿瘤、食管胃底静脉曲张;男性发病率明显高于女性;春冬季高发于夏秋季。诱因主要是劳累与情绪、药物。结论通过在临床实践中总结上消化道出血的病因分布及相关影响因素,为上消化道出血的诊治提供依据。
Objective To discuss the etiology and correlative factor of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical date of 254 cases patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Results The main cause were peptic ulcer,acute gastric mucosal lesion,gastrointestinal cancer,esophageal varices;The male incidence was higher than female incidence;The incidence in spring and winter were higher than that in summer and autumn.Mainly incentives were fatigue and emotion,drugs.Conclusion Through summarizing the distribution and correlative factor of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,be as the basis for diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
