摘要
[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]采用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,每日1剂,水煎服。[结果]75例中,治愈30例,显效25例,有效14例,无效6例。[结论]血府逐瘀汤有活血化瘀而不伤血,疏肝解郁而不耗气的特点。升降有序,气通血活,瘀化热消而止偏头痛。
[Objective]Xuefu Zhuyu Tang Treating migraine.[Method]Xuefu Zhuyu Tang Treating,day 1,Shuijianbi.[Results]75 patients were cured 30 cases,25 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,6 cases.[Conclusion]Xuefu Zhuyu Tang have blood circulation without injury blood,liver qi stagnation rather than the characteristics of gas consumption.Orderly movements,Qi and blood,live,stasis full length of the heat dissipation of migraine.
