摘要
从症候标准、资料分析、诊治思路等论述中医诊治溃疡性结肠炎。指出:溃疡性结肠炎病机复杂,多为虚实夹杂、寒热错杂之证。治宜辨病与辨证相结合,分期论治。在扶助正气、健脾止泻的基础上,适当加用活血化瘀之品,从而使溃疡早期愈合,改善生活质量。
