摘要
目的:探讨胆囊息肉样病变的临床特征和诊疗。方法:对诊治的60例胆囊息肉样病变患者的临床资料进行分析总结。结果:术后病理类型有胆固醇性息肉42例,炎性息肉8例,腺瘤性息肉6例,腺肌性息肉3例,早期胆囊癌1例。结论:胆囊息肉样病变分类不一,腺瘤样肉都有癌变的可能,诊治主要靠影像学检查及手术时机,手术方式严格选择。
Objective Polypoid lesions of gallbladder clinical features and treatment.Methods Recalling the 60-hospital treatment Cases of gallbladder polypoid lesions and clinical data were analyzed summarized.Results Pathological types of 42 cases of cholesterol polyp,8 cases of inflammatory polyps,6 cases of adenomatous polyps,3 cases of adenomyosis polyp,1 case of early gallbladder cancer.Conclusion Different classification of polypoid lesions of gallbladder,Adenomatous polyposis may have cancer,Treatment depends mainly on imaging examinations and strict selection of surgical operation time.
