摘要
文章分析了工业现场的干扰来源,指出了抑制干扰措施在实际工程应用中的重要地位,有针对性地设计了PLC控制系统的硬件与软件抗干扰方法,实践证明:采取以上措施可以有效提高PLC控制系统的安全性、可靠性。
In the paper,it is analyzed the interference sources in industrial sites and pointed out the importance of measures for barrage jamming in actual engineering applications.The anti-interference methods for hardware and software of PLC control system are designed,as well as the practices show that the safety and reliability of PLC control system could be improved effectively by adopting the above measures.
