摘要
介绍了环境管理手段的发展，对不同环境管理工具进行比较分析。着重阐述最新环境管理工具——生命周期评价（ＬＣＡ）的涵义与技术框架。
The development of the environmental management is discussed and the different instruments of environment management are analyzed and the technical framework of the newest instrument of environment and its meaning——Life Cycle Assessment(LCA). Lastly, the application of LCA in enterprises is elaborated.
