摘要
医学院校就业指导课程的开设对提升医学生的就业竞争力具有积极作用,目前就业指导的课程体系建设普遍存在着一些问题。本文从加强就业指导的师资队伍建设、重构就业指导的课程内容与讲授方法、保证就业指导课程的经费支出与设施建设三方面阐述了高等医学院校就业指导课程体系重构的策略。
In the course of employment guidance in Medical colleges play an active role to raise the competitiveness of medical students,but the curriculum system of employment guidance still exist many problems in common.This paper form enhance the construction of teachers in employment guidance、restructured the content and teaching method of employment guidance、guarantee the funs and construction in employment guidance course to illustrate the strategy of employment guidance curriculum system in higher medical colleges.
