摘要
目的:了解温州市农村卫生服务可及性、农村居民健康状况,为各级政府制定相关政策提供依据。方法:在温州市整群抽取5个县(区),随机抽取1000位农村居民,对其健康需求及相关情况进行调查。结果:农村居民两周患病率为20.59%,未诊率为31.46%;高血压、高血脂、糖尿病是危害农民健康的主要慢性病,60岁以上老年人是疾病的高发人群。结论:农村居民的健康知识素养较低,"三高"成为危害健康的主要慢性病;农村居民健康意识正在不断提高,对健康有较高的需求。
Objection： To know the accessibility of rural health services and famer＇s health condition in Zhejiang province and provide scientific basis for government at different levels making related policies.Methods： By means of sampling investigation their health demand and other circumstances.And analyze acquired data combined with related materials and papers.Result： Morbidity rate in two weeks in 20.59 percent in this survey.Unhospitalization rate is 31.46 percent.The survey shows that hypertension,hyperlipoidemia and diabetes are the essential chronic diseases which harm farmer＇s health,and that people over 60 years old are the high risk group of disease.Conclusion： The level of health knowledge attainment of rural residents is low.Hypertension,hyperlipoidemia and diabetes are the essential chronic diseases which harm farmers＇ health.It also shows that health knowledge awareness of rural residents is enhancing,which reflect the growing demand for health from rural residents.
