摘要
目的：对妇科患者尿失禁生活质量相关因素进行分析和研究。方法：本次研究主要采用分层整群抽样的方法,以2009年1月~2010年1月我院妇产科尿失禁患者作为分析对象,以随机整层抽样的方法对患者进行问卷调查,调查内容根据I-QIL和BFLUTS以及我国人民群众的生活习惯、社会背景、思想特点等的实际情况进行了相应的改动和调整,问卷的发放和回收主要通过医护人员进行,全部问卷均由患者独立填写完成。结果：在本次调查中,急迫性、压力性和混合性尿失禁患者的人数分别为59例、216例和167例,患病率分别为2.4%、8.8%和6.8%。通过对非尿失禁和轻度尿失禁人群的分析可知,尿失禁将会对患者的生活质量造成影响,而不同程度的尿失禁对于患者生活质量的影响不尽相同,不同种类的尿失禁对于患者生活质量影响的侧重点也有所不同。结论：有关方面必须要加强对尿失禁有关知识的宣传力度,帮助患者建立正确的认识,消除害羞心理,从而及时就医,尽早接受正确的治疗,以便提高自己的生活质量。
Objective：To analyze and research the related factors of the quality of life in gynecological patients with urinary incontinence.Methods： This research mainly by stratified cluster sampling method,in order to January 2009 ~ January 2010 obstetrics and gynecology hospital incontinence patient as analysis object,by random sampling method to whole layer carries on a questionnaire survey,patients with content according to BFLUTS QIL and I-as well as our country people＇s living habits,social background,the ideological characteristics such as the actual situation of the corresponding changes and adjustment,questionnaire issued and recycling,mainly through medical personnel are all questionnaire by patients completed independently.Results： in this survey,energetic,pressure sex and mixed incontinence patient the number of 59（24 percent）,216（8.8 percent） respectively,prevalence and 167（6.8 percent） respectively.Through to the incontinence and mild incontinence crowd of analysis,we can conclude that incontinence will affect the quality of life of the patients,and different degree of incontinence for the influence on the quality of life of the patients is endless and same,different kinds of incontinence for the quality of life of the patients affected emphasis is also different.Conclusion： the relevant aspects must strengthen to incontinence relevant knowledge propaganda,helping patients establish correct understanding,eliminate shy,thus timely medical treatment,psychological early accept the correct treatment,so as to improve their quality of life.
