摘要
领导影响力是指能够有效影响和改变被领导者行为和心理的能力。从性质上看,可将其分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力,两者的辩证关系影响了领导影响力在领导实践中的效能。领导影响力的发挥可给领导活动带来正负两方面的效果,领导者应将非权力影响力和权力影响力有机结合,努力提升领导影响力,积极发挥其正面效应。
The leadership influence is an ability which can affect and change the leaders＇ behavior and psychology effectively.From the nature of the leadership influence,it can be divided into authority influence and the non-authority influence,and their dialectical relations has affected the leadership influence in the leadership practice potency.The leadership influence may bring positive and negative effect.The leader should combine the non-authority influence and the authority influence together,and promote the leader influence diligently,and make full use of its positive effect.
