摘要
从ＢＯＴ投资方式的运作特点分析入手，论证了当前运用ＢＯＴ投资方式开展我国电力建设的必要性和可行性，并就电力建设引入ＢＯＴ投资方式要特别注意的难点问题作出了对策分析。
This paper first studied the characteristics of BOT,then analysed the necessity & feasibility of applying BOT to our electric power construction,and some further questions worthy of special attention in application are suggested.
