摘要
对电能计量电压互感器电压回路失压情况进行了详细的分析，指出在计量电能表失压后进行电量更正计算时不能简单地根据失压相别及时间进行计算。
In this paper,the author gaves a detail metering analysis on the condition of voltage losing due to PT circuit fault and indicated that metering calculation cant’ be carried out simply according to voltage losing phase and time.
