我厂在引进ABB公司技术和HB断路器的国产化过程中,灭弧筒是其中的关键部件。经过努力,制定了灭弧筒的原材料选用、加热、控温等技术以及模具的设计应用一系列压制工艺,从而取得了高效益低成本的成果。
Quenching cylinder is a key component in Hua Tong's localization of HB circuit breaker with the technique from ABB. A result of high benefit and low cost is achieved by a series of pressing technique such as raw material selection, heating, temperature control of the quenching cylinder, design and application of molds etc.
