摘要
牛磺酸作为营养强化剂已在食品中,尤其是婴幼儿食品、保健品中得到广泛的应用。综述了天然牛磺酸提取及分离纯化方法研究的最新进展,以期为牛磺酸的深入研究提供参考。
Taurine was widely used as a nutrient enhancer in foods, especially infant foods and health care products. In this article, the latest developments about the natural taurine extraction and purification methods were summarized.
