摘要
用二维有限元法对一种新型双凸极变速永磁电机(DSPM 电机) 空载、单绕组通电及双绕组通电的磁场分布和气隙磁密分布进行了较为全面深入的分析计算, 在此基础上得到了绕组永磁磁链、自感、互感以及空载电势随转子位置变化的特性曲线, 分析了永磁体磁场和电枢磁场之间的相互耦合作用对电感特性的影响。样机的实测结果验证了理论分析的正确性。所得结果为该电机的设计。
The magnetic field and the flux density in the airgap of a doubly salient permanent magnet motor at no load,one phase on and two phase on conditions are analyzed in detail by using two dimensional finite element method.Hence,the corresponding static characteristics including PM flux linkage,self inductance,mutual inductance and back EMF are deduced.The effect of the cross coupling between permanent magnet field and armature field are taken into account.The validity of the theoretical analysis is confirmed by the experimental results on a prototype machine.
