摘要
运用新制度主义的理论与方法,可以有效分析和解释社会现实中普遍存在的种种制度与制度变迁现象。制度是大学教师评价活动实施与改革的主线和基石,构建合理的大学教师评价制度体系,应以深切认识制度的局限性、防备陷入大学教师评价的制度误区为前提,同时注重汲取与借鉴新制度主义理论的研究范式和某些思想观点。
A variety of institutional phenomena and their shifts can be analyzed and explained effectively with the theory and method of neo-institutionalism.Institution is the foundation of the implementation and reform of university teacher evaluation.To construct the rational teacher evaluation system,the premise is to recognize the limitation of the system and take precautions against the misunderstanding of institution.At the same time,it is necessary to absorb and draw lessons from neo-institutionalism.
