摘要
地域文化建设是促进城市发展和魅力提升的动力和源泉,图书馆在地域文化建设中具有教育职能,肩负传承文明的重任。高校图书馆要不断更新服务理念,建设地方特色资源数据库,提供创新服务,促进地域文化建设。
Construction of regional culture provides power and sources for urban development and image promotion.University library serves as educational functions and takes on responsibilities for cultural heritage in the construction of regional culture.Therefore,it is necessary for university to renew service ideas to construct resources with regional features and provide innovative service.University library should play an important role in promotting the construction of regional culture.
