摘要
详细介绍了12 FM110 密封铅酸蓄电池的全部设计过程及工艺参数。通过采用薄极板技术,将正负板栅分别减薄至正板栅2.1m m 、负板栅1.5 mm ,相应增加纵筋数量;正极铅膏中加入适量四氧化三铅,选取适宜的电液量及电液密度等手段,提高了电池的比能量达40 Wh/kg,改善了低温性能。同时,采用穿壁焊及热封工艺,紧装配设计,大大提高了电池的抗振能力。
All technological parameters and processes of 12 FM110 sealed lead acid battery were introduced. By means of the thin plate technique, the thickness of positive grid and negative grid was decreased to 2.1 mm and 1.5 mm respectively. In addition, adding proper Pb 3O 4 in positive plate and selecting appropriate quantity and density of electrolyte could increase the specific energy up to 40Wh/kg and improve the performance at low temperature. Moreover, the technology of hot seal and across the wall soldering were employed as well as the light assembly design for improving the anti viberation ability and cycle life of the battery greatly.
