摘要
随着显示技术的不断发展,平板显示技术已经成为主流的显示技术。在各类平板显示器件的制造过程中,都会大量用到贴附技术,将两种材料相互贴附在一起。网版贴附是一种新兴的贴附技术,它具有贴附缺陷少、对贴附材料损伤小、适用范围广等特点。贴附网距是网版贴附设备最重要的参数之一,网距对贴附精度和贴附质量影响很大。
With the continuous development of display technology,flat panel display technology has become the mainstream display technology,in various types of flat panel display manufacturing process,the attachment technology that attaches one kind of material to the other is used in abundant.Silk screen box attaching is a new technology,it has the features of few attachment defects,small damage to attachment materials,wide applicability.Screen distance is one of the most important parameter of silk screen box attachment equipment,that has a deep effect to attachment precision and quality.
