摘要
高等医学教育必须始终坚持正确的医学教育价值观导向。适应当前我国医学教育改革和发展的需要,应努力构建学生医德素质"351"培育体系:坚持"三个统一",即人文素质培育与科学素质培育、医德教育与医术教育、教学生做人与教学生做事相统一;通过"五项工程",即教师引领、课堂教学、实践锻炼、氛围陶冶、继续教育,逐步建立"全方位、多渠道、分阶段、立体化"的学生医德素质培育模式。
Higher medical education must always adhere to the correct value oriention. To meet the demands of current medical education reform and development in China, higher medical colleges should strive to build the " 315" training system to improve students" medical ethics quality. "3" represents for three combinations including the combination of cultivating human quality and scientific quality, the combination of medical ethics education and medical skill education, and the combination of teaching students with knowledge and guiding personality formation. "5" represents for five projects including teachers guiding, classroom teaching, practical training, atmosphere cultivating and continuing education.
