中性粒细胞与血脂水平的相关性研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨中性粒细胞(NEU)与血脂水平的相关性。方法以正常健康体检人群为对照,用化学比色法检测上呼吸道感染、非重症肺炎、重症肺炎、高脂血症、白细胞减少症患者各102例的胆固醇(Tch)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB);用电阻抗法检测NEU水平。结果与对照组相比,重症肺炎组NEU水平显著升高(P<0.01),Tch、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB水平显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),TG差异无统计学意义;上呼吸道感染组NEU水平显著升高(P<0.01),Tch、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB水平差异无统计学意义;高脂血症组Tch、TG、LDL-C显著升高,HDL-C、ApoA、ApoB、NEU差异无统计学意义;粒细胞减少症NEU水平显著下降,Tch、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB水平差异无统计学意义。正常健康体检人群、非重症肺炎和重症肺炎人群的Tch、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB水平均与NEU无显著相关关系(P>0.05);重症肺炎病情好转时,NEU逐步下降,Tch回升,TG下降,HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB回升。结论重症肺炎的NEU、Tch、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB水平的变化程度与病情严重程度密切相关,健康人、非重症肺炎、重症肺炎NEU水平的显著升高与Tch、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA、ApoB水平的改变无显著相关关系。
