摘要
以小球藻为生物吸附剂,对废水中Pb2+进行了吸附试验研究.结果表明:吸附过程是一个渐慢的过程,吸附开始10 m in内大约完成75%的吸附量;pH值在5.50左右时吸附效果最佳;藻粉的最佳投加量约为1.0 g/L;随着金属离子浓度的升高,小球藻吸附效率呈明显降低的趋势;试验还表明各因素对吸附效果影响程度由强到弱的顺序为:藻浓度、pH值、反应时间、Pb2+初始浓度;实验最佳条件下的去除率达94%.
The experiment studies the biosorption of Pb2+ in waste water by chlorella,and the result shows that the adsorption is a process on the decline and completes about 75% in the beginning 10 minutes,the best effect appears when pH is about 5.5 and dosing of chlorella about 1.0 g/L,and the adsorption efficiency reduces obviously with the metal ion increasing.And the factors can be arranged from strong to weak in order of influence: chlorella dose,pH,reaction time and Pb2+ concentration.The removing rate will reach to 94% in optimum conditions.
