摘要
目的探讨中药鳖甲提取物的抗肝纤维化活性及作用机制。方法传代培养的大鼠肝星状细胞(HSC-T6)与从鳖甲中提取分离得到的小组分D j61-B j616各浓度组共同培养72 h后,采用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法(ELISA)测定各浓度组Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)和Ⅲ型胶原(ColⅢ)的含量,同时设空白对照组和刺激对照组。结果鳖甲小组分B j611-B j613的各浓度组的Ⅳ型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原的含量与空白对照组、刺激对照组比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论鳖甲提取物通过降低Ⅳ型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原的含量而发挥抗肝纤维化的作用。
Objective To investigate anti-hepatic fibrosis activity and mechamism from extract of Carapax Trionycis.Methods Secondary culture HSC-T6 in vitro,which was co-cultured 72h with Bj61-Bj616,then ELISA assay was applied to detect the contents of ColⅣ and ColⅢ.At the same time,normal group and model group were adopted.Results The groups of Bj611-Bj613 in which the contents of ColⅣ and ColⅢ were significant different from normal group andmodel group(PO.05).Conclusion Bj611-Bj613 have anti-hepatic fibrosis activity by reducing the contents of ColⅣ and ColⅢ.
