摘要
通过对空气分流的盘管加填料的复合型蒸发式冷凝器的运行原理进行热力分析,给出以冷凝温度与环境空气湿球温度的对数平均差值和综合换热系数的表达方式,不仅简化热工计算,而且通过综合换热系数的引用将盘管和填料的换热归一。另外还着重分析盘管段换热的影响因素,并指出空气流量的分配决定金属盘管和PVC填料的使用率。
Analyzes heat transfer for the operation principle of hybrid condenser which is combined with steel coil and PVC package and comes up with using the logarithmic temperature difference between condensing temperature and air wet bulb temperature to calculate the heat rejection simply.In addition,shows an integrated heat transfer coefficient of this hybrid condenser correlated the heat transfer of coil together with package.And makes points of the influencing factors on heat transfer of coil.Simultaneously points out that the usage of steel coil or PVC package for heat transfer depending on air flow proportion.
