摘要 以某4102柴油机为样机,采用试验与模拟相结合方式研究了不同轨压对高压共轨发动机性能影响。研究表明,增大轨压,会使得放热速率的峰值增加,燃烧持续期缩短,缸内平均燃烧压力和平均燃烧温度增加,有利于改善燃油经济性,但会造成工作粗暴、振动和噪声加大、NOx排放增加,且NOx的生成受燃烧前期的影响较大,碳烟排放降低。 Introducing 4102 diesel engine as a prototype,this paper studies the influence of rail pressure on the performance of the high pressure common rail engine with experiments and simulation.The results show that the peak of heat release speed rises,combustion duration is shorten and the average pressure and combustion temperature in cylinder gets higher as rail pressure increases.The engine combusts in better economic but gets to work rudely and causes much higher vibration,noise and NOx emission.but the soot emission reduces.
