摘要
目的探讨护理干预在老年患者冠脉CT检查中的作用。方法行冠脉CT检查、年龄在65-80岁的患者70例随机分为对照组35例和观察组35例,对照组按常规进行操作,观察组在检查前、中、后给予护理干预,观察两组患者焦虑、恐惧状态,分析心理、生理指标。结果观察组焦虑恐惧症状、血压及心率变化明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预可有效的控制老年冠脉CT检查患者的心理应激反应,保持心率、血压的平稳,减少不良反应的发生,提高检查质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing interference in CT examination of elder patients.Methods 70 elder patients between 65 and 80,who would be treated with CT examination,were randomly divided into observation group（n=35）and control group（n=35）.The usual nursing was used in control group.Besides the usual nursing,nursing interference was adopted in the observation group before,in and after CT examination.Result The symptoms of anxiety or fear and the range of BP and HR in observation group was obviously less than those in control group,and there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing interference can effectively handle psychological stress response,preserve BP and HR,decrease the occurrence of complication and increase quality of examination.
