摘要
高校辅导员对学生的思想政治教育的作用非常重要,同时也在大学生创新精神和创新能力培养中发挥主导作用。辅导员应针对"90后"大学生的特点,采取创造良好的氛围,鼓励学生大胆创新,提供创新的环境和保障等措施和办法,积极参与高校大学生创新精神和创新能力的培养。
The counselors＇ role at university decides their great influence on the student＇s ideological education and innovative spirit and ability.The counselors must participate in the development of the post-1990s student＇s innovative spirit and ability through creating favorable atmosphere,encouraging the student to innovate,and offering the student the innovative measures and environment.
