摘要
为改进盐酸二氢埃托啡的药理性质，制备了它的 ７ 个酯衍生物，测定了这些化合物的油水分配系数。药理实验表明，其半数有效剂量增加，药效时间均比盐酸二氢埃托啡长，成瘾性也强于盐酸二氢埃托啡。
In order to im prove the pharm acological properties of dihydroetorphine hy drochloride including duration of action and efficiency, w e prepared its six esters and testedtheir pharm acological properties ( E D50 and T1/2 ). The results show ed that all the derivativeshad longer duration of action than that of the parent com pound ,but w ith decreased efficien cies.
