摘要
目的：本研究旨在评价头孢噻肟治疗下呼吸道感染的经济学效果。方法：对头袍噻肟与对照药物治疗７８例下呼吸道感染病人的成本一效果进行分析。结果：头孢噻肟和对照药物治疗下呼吸道感染的效果基本相同，没有显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），药物治疗成本之间存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：与头孢噻肟相比，对照药物治疗下呼吸道感染的成本一效果较好。
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the economic effectiveness of cefotaxime. METHODS:The cost - effectiveness analysis of cefotaxime and control drugs in the treatment of 78 patients with lower respiratory tractinfection was carried out. RESULTS: This study showed that the effectiveness of cefotaxime and control drugs in the treatmentof lower respiratory tract infections was comparable without significant difference(p > 0. 05), but the cost was significantlydifferent(p < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The cost--effectiveness of control drugs was better than that of cefotaxime in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
