摘要
企业文化是决定企业发展的关键因素。以国家电网公司"四统一"企业文化理念为基础,结合西安供电局西安众源变电修试公司企业文化先进理论及企业实际情况,研究设计了基于"四统一"的企业文化建设方案,为企业发展战略目标的实现提供可行之径。
Enterprise culture is key factor to determine the enterprise development.Based on Four Unification Enterprise Culture of State Grid Corp.,combined with advanced theory and reality in enterprise,the construction scheme which can supply effective method for the realization of enterprise development target is studied and designed.
