盾构重叠隧道近接地表建筑物安全控制技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 深圳地铁三号线老晒区间隧道重叠段,房屋密集(多为6~8层筏板基础、扩大基础),两区间隧道最小净距仅1.6m,房屋基底与隧道最小净距仅4m。为保证地表房屋的使用安全性,建立了老晒区间盾构重叠隧道近接地表建筑物沉降控制标准,并根据计算结果优化了盾构隧道施工参数,制定了加固方案。通过应用,有效地控制了盾构重叠隧道施工对近接地表建筑物的影响。研究成果为保证老晒区间盾构重叠隧道施工的顺利进行以及近接地表建筑物的使用安全性提供了理论支撑,同时可为相似工程施工提供参考。 Housing density(most of them are raft、expanded foundation) is very big in the overlapped section of LaoShai interval of Shenzhen Metro Line,the minimum space between the tunnel is only 1.6m,and 4m between the tunnel and the housing basement.To ensure the safe use of surface housing,establish the surface adjacent building settlement control standards in the LaoShai interval,optimize the parameters of Shield Tunnel Construction according to the results,and set reinforcement program.Through the application of the program,get a Effective control of the overlapped shield tunnel construction on the adjacent surface structures.Research provides the theoretical support for the smooth construction of overlapped tunnel in the LaoShai interval and safety use of surface adjacent buildings,and also provide a reference for similar construction.
