摘要
素质教育对钢琴教育提出了更高的要求。优秀的高校音乐专业的钢琴教师不仅要有良好的专业技能技巧和扎实的专业理论知识,而且要会上课上好课,将专业技能技巧和音乐美都很好地传授给学生。高师院校的青年钢琴教师应加强专业理论知识,开阔视野,拓宽专业的深度广度,充实丰富自己的教学,积极开拓科研教研精神,坚持练琴与演奏,有意识积累教学知识和经验。
Education for all round development has offered higher requirement for the piano edu cation. An excellent piano teacher in high school should possess not only the well knit speciality skills and ＇theoretical knowledge but also should have the ability to give a successful class in which the speciality skills and tile beauty of music may be imparted to the students. So the young piano teachers in high School should strengthen their theoretical speciality knowledge, widen their view, develop their speciality depth and extent, enrich their teachering experience so as to be a competent piano teacher.
