摘要
目的探讨加味黄芪建中汤对胃黏膜的保护作用机制。方法将60只W istar大鼠随机分成,正常对照组、模型组、加味黄芪建中汤大剂量组(20 g/kg)、加味黄芪建中汤中剂量组(10 g/kg)、加味黄芪建中汤小剂量组(5 g/kg)和果胶铋组各10只,采用100%乙酸诱导的慢性胃溃疡模型,给予相应治疗16 d后,观察胃黏膜的病理、血液中前列腺素(6-K-PGF1α)、胃液中表皮生长因子(EGF)、胃组织中一氧化氮(NO)及血液中超氧化歧化酶(SOD)变化。结果加味黄芪建中汤促进了胃溃疡黏膜修复、显著提高了血浆6-k-PGF1α、胃液中EGF、胃组织中NO及血浆SOD水平。结论加味黄芪建中汤对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡胃黏膜有明显的保护作用。
Objective It is to approach the protective mechanisms of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric mucosa in rats with gastric ulcers.Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,high does decoction group(20 g/kg),middle dose decoction group(10 g/kg),low dose decoction group(5 g/kg) and colloidal bismuth pectin group.There were 10 cases in each group.The model of chronic gastric ulcer was induced with 100% acetic acid.after treated with corresponding herbs for 16 days,the pathological of gastric mucosa,the blood prostaglandin(6-K-PGF1α),gastric juice epidermal growth factor(EGF),the stomach of nitric oxide(NO),blood super oxide dismutase(SOD) were observed.Results Modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction promoted the rehabilitation of mucosa with gastric ulcer,and raised the levels of plasma prostaglandins,EGF in gastric juice,NO in gastric tissue and SOD in plasma.Conclusion Modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction shows a protective effect on gastric mucosa in rats with gastric acid.
