头颈部肿瘤放射治疗致唾液腺损伤的研究进展

摘要 放射治疗(放疗)是鼻咽癌等头颈部肿瘤的主要治疗方式。由于整个或部分唾液腺组织经常被包括在放疗野内,从而导致唾液腺组织不同程度的损伤,使大多数患者出现放射性口干。放射性口干是头颈部肿瘤患者接受放疗后常见的并发症,从而导致患者生存质量降低。但其发生机制至今尚未完全明确,本文主要综述放疗导致的唾液腺损伤在其功能、
