摘要
在综述交通基础设施的评价决策方法和分析了城市快速轨道交通规划的决策特点的基础上，探讨了城市快速轨道交通规划决策分析理论，提出将层次分析法（ Ａ Ｈ Ｐ）和决策中熵（ Ｅｎｔｒｏｐｙ）技术结合，研究了层次—熵多目标评价决策模型，最后用城市快速轨道交通规划的实例来说明多目标综合评价及决策分析的方法及分析过程。
This paper summarizes methods of evaluation and decision making of transportation infrastructure.It analyses the characteristics of decision making of urban rapid rail transit.The theory of decision making analysis in urban rapid rail transit planning is discussed. This paper presents the idea that the AHP and entropy technique of decision making are combined.The practical evaluation and decision method,the hierarchy entropy analytic model of multiple objectives decision making approach is studied.Using actual planning decision case illustrates the analytic process and method of multi criterions decision making in altenatives of transportation network planning.
