摘要
目的探讨手足口病患儿血清心肌酶谱及心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对心肌损害的诊断价值及临床意义。方法应用日本奥林帕斯640全自动生化分析仪检测278例HFMD患儿血清心肌酶谱(LDH、CK、CK-MB)的活性;采用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清cTnI的水平。并与116例普通感染患儿(对照组)检测结果进行分析。结果病例组LDH、CK、CK-MB及cTnI检测结果均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论检测HFMD患儿血清心肌酶谱及cTnI可以了解HFMD对心肌损害的情况,并为临床治疗提供依据。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value and clinical significance of HFMD patients serum myocardial enzyme zymogram and cardiac troponin Ⅰ（cTnⅠ） on myocardial injury.Methods Application of Japanese Olympian 640 automatic biochemistry analyzer HFMD patients serum test 278 patients myocardial enzyme（LDH,CK,CK-MB）;Using automatic electrochemical luminescence immunization analyzer detection cTnⅠ serum.116 ordinary patients（control group） test results were analyzed.Results Group LDH,CK,CK-MB and cTnI detection results are higher than the control group（P﹤0.01）.Conclusions Detection HFMD patients serum myocardial enzymes zymogram and cTnⅠ can understand the situation of myocardial injury,and provide basis for clinical treatment.
