无功动态补偿在电弧炉供电系统中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 大功率电弧炉产生大量低次谐波电流,引起三相负荷不平衡。造成电网电压波动,严重影响了电力系统中各设备的正常运行。为了解决这个问题,必须要进行谐波滤波和无功补偿。介绍了谐波抑制和动态无功补偿的基本原理,并根据35 kV供电系统的现状,结合现代控制技术的成果,将SIMADYN-D控制器应用到无功动态补偿控制系统实现对电网的谐波滤波和无功补偿。实际运行结果证明此方法提高了系统的功率因数,减少功率损耗,稳定电压,提高了系统供电质量。 Electric arc furnace of high - power produces a large number of low order harmonics current, which will not only cause three - phase load to be unbalanced, but also lead the electr/cal network to fluctuate. Furthmore, it seriously influences the normal operation of devices in power system. To solve this problem, the harmonic filter and VAR compensation have been carried out. The principle of the harmonic suppression and VAR compensation has been introduced; it bases on the present situation of 35kv power supply system, combines with the achievements of modern control technology, and applies the SIMADYN - D controller in the VAR dynamic compensation control system so as to realize harmonic filter and VAR compensation of power. It has been proved an effective measure to improve the power factor of system, reduce power loss, stabilize voltage and enhance the supply quality of power system.
