摘要
目的探讨吉非替尼联合放疗治疗高龄肺癌患者的疗效。方法诊断明确的61例高龄中晚期肺癌患者按治疗方法分为两组:对照组30例为放射治疗组,治疗组31例在放射治疗的基础上,从治疗第1天开始口服吉非替尼,每日250mg,直至病变进展或其他原因停药。结果治疗组总控制率为93.55%,对照组为70.00%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论吉非替尼联合放疗治疗高龄肺癌具有较好的近期疗效,值得进一步研究。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of gefitinib combined with radiotherapy for senile patients with lung cancer. Methods Sixty-one patients diagnosed as medium-advanced lung cancer were devided into treatment group and control group according to their treatment methods： 30 cases in control group received radiotherapy,and 31 cases in treatment group orally received gefitinib 250mg daily on the basis of radiotherapy until disease progression or withdrawal for other reasons. Results The total control rate of treatment group was 93.55% ,while that of control group was 70.00% ,and there were significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gefitinib combined with radiotherapy for elderly lung cancer has better short-term effect and it is worthy of further study.
