杭州市学龄前儿童乳牙龋病治疗影响因素探析

Influence Factors on Deciduous Teeth Caries Treatment in Hangzhou Preschool Children:A Statistical Analysis

摘要 目的探讨学龄前儿童乳牙龋病治疗的主要影响因素。方法随机抽取杭州市六所幼儿园中4~6岁仅有乳牙列的儿童共679例,进行龋病及其治疗状况检查和问卷调查,所获得的数据进行相关与回归分析。结果乳牙龋病的牙齿充填率(dmft充填率)和牙面充填率(dmfs充填率)分别为49.13%和39.17%,均不足50%。dmft充填率和dmfs充填率在不同的年龄、城乡、家庭收入、就医困难程度及父母重视程度组别中两两对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别之间无明显差异(P>0.05),并推出多元回归方程。结论年龄、城乡、家庭收入、就医困难程度与父母对口腔健康重视程度等因素显著影响儿童乳牙龋病的治疗水平。不同性别之间儿童乳牙龋病的治疗率无明显差异。 Objective To analyze the influence factors on deciduous teeth caries treatment of preschool children. Methods Choose 679 deciduous teeth children aged 4 to 6 in six preschool of Hangzhou by randomized sampling method as study samples. Examine the deciduous teeth caries and its treatment and collect data by questionnaire from their parents. Analyze the obtained data by using of correlation and regression analysis of software package. Results The treatment rate of deciduous teeth with caries, and the treatment rate of deciduous teeth surfaces with caries of 679 children were 49.13% and 39.17% respectively, both less than 50%. Two treatment rates were significantly different among different groups of age, residence (urban or rural), family income, convenience to medical treatment and parents' oral knowledge (P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference between boys and girls (P〉0.05). By using EXCEL2003 software package and SPSS16.0 software package, the multiple regression equation was estimated. Conclusion Age, residence, family income, convenience to medical treatment and parents' oral knowledge can play very important roles in deciduous teeth caries treatment rate, however, there was no significant difference between genders.
