曼月乐治疗子宫内膜异位性疾病的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察左旋-18甲基炔诺酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗子宫内膜异位性疾病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年2月～2010年8月本院门诊子宫内膜异位性疾病患者的临床资料,均于月经来潮第3～5天宫腔放置LNG-IUS,比较放置前后痛经程度、月经变化等。结果 28例子宫内膜异位性疾病患者在带器期间痛经缓解率100%,月经量明显减少,其他部位内异病灶症状好转。结论子宫内膜异位性疾病放入LNG-IUS对无生育要求的妇女安全、有效,值得临床推广。
